Become an Early Years Stronger Practice Adviser (EYSPA)- Group Based Settings
Are you passionate about improving outcomes for children and supporting other early years professionals to develop their practice?
The Greater Lincolnshire Early Years Stronger Practice Hub is looking to recruit experienced and enthusiastic Early Years Stronger Practice Advisers (EYSPAs) to work alongside early years settings across Lincolnshire, North Lincolnshire and North East Lincolnshire.
This is an exciting opportunity to use your expertise to support leaders and practitioners through coaching, mentoring and evidence-informed professional dialogue. As an EYSPA, you will help settings reflect on their practice, identify priorities for improvement and implement meaningful, sustainable change that benefits children.
Working as part of a network of highly skilled advisers, you will receive specialist training and ongoing support, enabling you to confidently deliver high-quality improvement support to eligible early years settings.
Whether you have experience leading improvement within your own setting, supporting colleagues or mentoring other professionals, this role offers an opportunity to extend your impact beyond your own organisation while continuing to work within the early years sector.
Successful advisers will:
- Work with eligible group-based early years settings across our region.
- Receive comprehensive training from our national training partner before supporting settings.
- Be part of a supportive professional network.
- Receive £500 per day for the work completed with settings.
- Play a key role in improving outcomes for young children across our region.
